The Garden Cart includes a built-in handle, 8 inch all-purpose wheels and four brass hooks for hanging hand tools or kitchen implements! The surface includes an inset bucket with lid (soil? ice?), shelf space for storage and it is packaged for UPS shipment. It comes with easy-to-follow assembly instructions.
